Scott Hessel has done what no other drummer in Gin Blossoms has done before – lasted ten years. The industry journeyman who cut his teeth playing with a slew of local and regional bands refused to give up on his dream to join an established band. That dream became a reality when he joined Gin Blossoms, and gig that he’s proved to be the right fit for due to his preparation, willingness to work hard and overall attitude toward others.
