453 – Leveling up

Hands down, the most effective way to progress at any given thing is to get around people who are better at it than you are. I call this leveling up. And in order to level up you need to seek out and find people who will challenge you, offer you feedback, push you beyond your limits and force you to grow. Learn to make these connections and your goals will soon become your reality.
