Every year I sit down to chat with my buddies Matt and Zack from Working Drummer to talk about our careers, the state of the industry, and whatever is happening at the moment.
This episode covers a lot of ground as we dig into the rise of podcasts, social media and the overall content game, and the pros and cons of remote recording. We also unpack how we’re each choosing our own paths based on what makes us the happiest and not based on other people’s perceptions.
What I’m realizing is that the work I’m really going to care about and that’s going to be sustainable is going to come from the in person relationships that I already have and the ones that I cultivate.
