Did you known that most people bail from their New Year’s Resolutions by January 12th? Yup, you read that correctly. Most people don’t make it two weeks into their “new year, new me” persona.
While there have been millions of articles and podcasts released detailing the “end-all, be-all fool-proof system to achieve your goals” – this isn’t one of them.
Instead, I’m offering advice for what has worked for me over the years and hopefully they’ll work for you. The biggest change I think everyone needs to make is in their mind, which I go into in this episode.
