271 – Dealing with self doubt and imposter syndrome

We’re all guilty of thinking we’re not good enough, our work us sub-par and everyone else around us is better than us. The truth is that most of those fears and insecurities are false and we’ve made them up inside our own brain. Every high performer I’ve ever spoken with has had some sort of insecurity and imposter syndrome throughout their career…it’s completely normal. What we need to do is learn how to cope with these feelings and figure out the best way to get them out of our heads as quickly as possible.
