406 – Are you practicing TOO much?
Whether you love to practice or not, I’m sure you’ve always feel like you should be doing more of it, regardless how many hours you’re practicing every week. But, have you ever wondered if you’re practicing TOO MUCH? Is that even possible? In this episode I discuss what I call the “3 phases of a player” and depending on where you’re at, why practicing more may not be the best plan of attack.
