Benny has been a staple on the clinic and drummer festival scene for years and can often be seen touring with his own band, Moving Parts. His diverse playing style and notoriety have gained him a reputation for being one of the best drummers in the world, yielding a line of signature Meinl Cymbals and a signature snare drum from Sonor. Additionally, Benny has released The Language of Drumming (2010), a revolutionary approach to drumming to increase player’s musical vocabulary. Most recently, Benny has just completed his first record with Moving Parts and is in the production stages of his new DVD “The Art and Science of Groove”
