210 – Chad Smith: Not your average rockstar

What can be said about Chad Smith that hasn’t been said already? Chad is a full-on rockstar who’s been the driving force behind arena rockers Red Hot Chili Peppers since the late 80’s. Part wild man, part rockstar, and part philanthropist, Chad Smith is a unique character to say the lease. What may people may not know is that he’s not only passionate about beating the crap out of the drums, but also for music education which has led him to Washington, DC as a lobbyist to support music education in U.S. public schools.

Between his efforts in charity and a new album and world tour on the books in 2016 & 2017, Chad Smith has his work cut of for him…both on stage and off.

“True humility is staying teachable, regardless of how much you already know.” (Tweet this)
