021 – Eric Moore: Beyond “Gospel Chops”
In this podcast I talked to drummer Eric Moore, who is best known for his blazing chops; chops which won him the Guitar Center Drum Off in 2003 and landed him a job playing drums for Infectious Grooves and Suicidal Tendencies. What most people don’t know about Eric is that he is an amazing pocket player, despite his “Gospel Chops” notoriety. Eric’s humble and inspirational approach to life and music is something that you don’t see every day and I couldn’t be happier that he took the time to chat with me. Additionally, Eric let us in on a big secret that he hasn’t shared with anyone. Eric officially announced that he was leaving Suicidal Tendencies in this podcast.
